Born in Murcia next to the “old prison,” and raised between the shores of the Mar Menor and the Romea Theater, I left Santiago de la Ribera at a young age to study the Arts Baccalaureate at the EA. I later specialized in Interior Design at the School of Design of the Region of Murcia some of the best years of my life. Still feeling like something was missing, I decided to take sewing classes to reconnect with a family tradition my great-grandparents were tailors, and my grandmother a dressmaker. I found a real passion in this world that combines handmade craft, tradition, and, to my surprise, a renewed love for working with patterns and plans. That led me to train as an industrial pattern maker, just to keep learning... and learning. To this day, I can’t resist diving into any book or garment that feeds my curiosity for fabrics, needles, and pattern-making. At Cartonlab, I guide and advise our clients before the design process begins. This allows me to stay close to the world of design while putting my communication skills to good use. Being part of such a young, energetic, and joyful team where collaboration and laughter are part of our daily routine is personally rewarding and professionally enriching.
