Sales contracts concluded through electronic commerce between the store www.cartonlab.com and the consumer shall be governed by the following General Terms and Conditions of Contracting.

How to Place an Order
Website users can browse the web store and fill the shopping cart without registering. Only when finalizing the purchase will it be essential to provide certain mandatory information to access the order shipping data.
To find the desired item, you can browse all sections of our website. By clicking on any section, you will find a wide variety of items, descriptions, available sizes, and corresponding prices. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact us so we can help you locate the product.
Once you have selected the desired item, simply click the “ADD TO CART” button. When a product is added to the shopping cart, you will automatically be able to view your entire bag’s status. At that point, you can choose to continue shopping or proceed with your order. If you continue shopping, the shopping bag will always be visible at the top right of the screen. By clicking there, you can view all items in the shopping bag and even modify it.
Once the items you wish to purchase have been selected, and the necessary shipping details have been provided, you will access a form with all the information on shipping and payment options. Once a Purchase Order is received, Cartonlife, S.L. will immediately send a sales confirmation to the email address provided.

Conclusion of Contract
By clicking the “finish purchase” button, you issue a binding declaration of intent, accepting the completion of the order and agreeing to its payment. You will then receive an acknowledgment of your order, confirming the conclusion of the contract.
Price
The displayed prices include the legally applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and are indicated in euros. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices do not include shipping costs.
The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force at any time, depending on the specific item in question. For orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT as per Article 21 of Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and tariffs in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories.
Customers may request at any time a copy of the corresponding invoice, either electronically or on paper, at their choice.
Deliveries made to destinations outside the European Union may incur additional costs and be subject to taxes and duties, especially customs duties and import VAT. All costs incurred due to a non-EU destination will be borne by the buyer.
Payment Methods
The method of payment for purchases will be selected during the purchase process, and payment will be made at the end of the purchase process, which will be an essential condition for its completion.
Accepted payment methods are as follows:
Bank transfer: If you choose payment by bank transfer, the account number to which the transfer must be made will be specified at the end of the purchase process, as well as a reference number to be specified at the time of the transfer. Shipping and Delivery Times
The products offered on the website will only be shipped within Spanish territory.
Deliveries in Spain will be made in the Peninsula regions. Shipments outside the mentioned delivery area will not be made.
All products offered on the website are available (except for stock breaks or exceptional cases), which allows us to process orders to be delivered within a delivery period of 10 to 15 business days. Products whose deliveries require different periods will reflect this peculiarity in their description. The product will only be shipped once payment has been received.
Orders received on Fridays or holidays will be shipped the next business day. If there is a delay in shipping for any reason, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time.
If the order is eventually returned by the courier agency due to the inability to contact the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the new shipment.

Risk Transmission
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer when they, or someone they have designated (not being the carrier), physically receives it. However, if you arrange for the goods to be transported or if the chosen carrier is not one of those offered by the company, the risk will be transferred to the consumer and user upon delivery of the goods to the carrier, without prejudice to your rights against the carrier.
In case of a flaw or defect in the product we have sent you, you have the right to immediate and free replacement of your order or the damaged part as you prefer. Important: If your package has arrived damaged, please send us a photo of the package condition as soon as possible via email (shop@cartonlab.com) or WhatsApp (+34601185446) with a photo of the package condition to make a claim to the transport company.
Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal Description
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without needing to provide justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods. In case you purchased multiple products and the shipment was divided, the right of withdrawal will expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of those goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the deadline expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
In case of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.
You must return or deliver the goods directly to us at Calle Abarán 10 Polígono Industrial La Polvorista, 30500, Molina de Segura, Murcia, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
It is essential that the products to be returned are in perfect condition, with all accessories and original packaging. If there is a gift with purchase in the order, it must be returned in order to accept the withdrawal.
You will only be liable if the goods have decreased in value due to handling that is not necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, or functioning.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts that refer to:
The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized (understood as personalized those that include any change to the standard product offered, such as change of dimensions, printing, format, etc.)
The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene protection reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
The right of withdrawal will also not be accepted when the item to be returned is not exactly the one purchased, unless a different product was sent by error, it has been unsealed after delivery, is not in perfect condition, or has been opened or used, except when the purchased product shows any kind of defect or flaw.
Broken, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If, upon delivery of an order, you detect that the packaging has been tampered with or damaged, you must note the reason and the customer’s signature on the carrier’s delivery note.
In case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, flaw, or an incorrect item, you have 14 days from the order’s receipt to return it, provided you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order via our email at info@cartonlab.com.

Important: If your package has arrived damaged, please send us a photo of the package’s condition as soon as possible via email (shop@cartonlab.com) or WhatsApp (+34601185446) with a photo of the package’s condition to file a claim with the transport company.
It is essential that you send us a high-resolution photo of the broken, defective, or incorrect item and retain the item for return processing, as well as a photo of the original packaging, which you must also keep. We will inform you of the procedure to follow for the return. Additionally, as in the previous section on withdrawal, the received merchandise must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and with a purchase proof copy.
If there is a gift with purchase in the order, it must also be returned to accept the return.
Once the merchandise is received and after verifying its condition, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the payment method used in the order.
Warranty
All products offered on the website come with the legal warranty in accordance with the conditions established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

Events Beyond Our Control
We will not be responsible for any failure to comply or delay in compliance with any of the obligations assumed when this is due to events caused by force majeure.
Force majeure causes include any act, event, lack of exercise, omission, or accident that is beyond our reasonable control and includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Strikes, lockouts, or other industrial actions.
Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist threat or attack, war (whether declared or not), or threat or preparation for war.
Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, collapse, epidemic, or any other natural disaster.
Inability to use trains, ships, airplanes, motor transport, or other means of public or private transport.
Inability to use public or private telecommunications systems.
Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government or public authority.
It will be understood that the obligations will be suspended during the period in which the force majeure cause continues, and we will have an extension in the time period to comply with these obligations for a time equal to the duration of the force majeure cause.
We will use all reasonable means to end the force majeure cause or to find a solution that allows us to fulfill our obligations despite the force majeure cause.
Intellectual and Industrial Property
You acknowledge and agree that all copyrights, trademarks, and other industrial and intellectual property rights over the materials or content provided as part of the website belong to us or to those who granted us a license for their use at all times. You may use such material only as expressly authorized by us or those who granted us a license for its use. This does not prevent you from using this website to the extent necessary to copy your order information or Contact details.
Viruses, Piracy, and Other Computer Attacks

Partial Nullity
If any of these Conditions or any provision of a contract is declared null and void by a final resolution issued by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in force, without being affected by said declaration of nullity.
Our Right to Modify These Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. We will keep you informed of substantial changes made to them. These will not be retroactive and, except for possible exceptions depending on the specific case, will be applicable after 10 days from the date of publication in the corresponding notice. If you do not agree with the modifications introduced, we recommend not using our website.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The use of our website and the purchase contracts for products through said website will be governed by Spanish law.
These General Conditions are subject to and will be governed by the provisions of the laws of Spain, in particular:
